Collin County- A tech wizard's analysis of the audio tampering!

I took the Frisco-1.MP4 file that you uploaded to YouTube this morning and stripped out just the audio.

Then I opened my audio editor that shows me the audio in “waveform” format.  Even if you don’t know what that means you have probably watched enough CSI to figure it out.

Anyway, I took the two screen shots you see below of what this file looks like.  The first one is of the entire file.  The second one is ZOOMED in on the 1:20 minute mark (see the bottom of the screen shot).   Any first grade audio student can tell that the audio was erased.  Notice that it is a FLAT LINE.  There is no background noise as in the rest of the file.  Even when I increase the audio (which would also increase the baseline noise) that section does not increase.  The ONLY way you can get this result is by erasure.  Even if they turned the microphone on and off you would see a spike when that happened.

Collin County-Police Video, watch closely, they admit Mr. Bailey didn't know they were at the door!

Now remember that after this totally botched up police call as evidenced by the official police videos below that have clearly been tampered with,  I'm betting they wish now that they'd done a better job, tampering with the rest of it.    I think it's time that the Frisco PD, get ready to settle with Mr. Bailey for  all the damage they've done to him.   Bear in mind that right after this Bank of America (you guessed it, headquarters in Frisco, Texas, after cashing his checks in his mortgage modification, and after hearing all the local "scuttlebutt" on what a bad guy Mr Bailey is, BOA engaged in the conspiracy to damage him further by trying to foreclose on him illegally.   That's RICO folks.   Wikipedia gives some background on RICO, "RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them, closing a perceived loophole that allowed someone who told a man to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually do it."

Here are excerpts of official police video, there are two videos below,  one is of Sgt Greer's lapel mike and the other is the dash cam video.   Below I will point out some things you should take note of when you watch  them.  The timestamps referenced are shown in the video below the large video that is playing at the time.

1)  Be sure and note when you watch the first one that you notice that the only light you see is the constant light of a street light.  There are no flashing lights to indicate a police car was out front.

2)  Note that when he bangs on the door with his flashlight, that he does NOT announce himself as required by standard police protocols.

3) Why can you hear the gunshot on the dash cam and NOT the lapel mic?

Below are the words typed out and the times on the lapel mic (I'm still working on more video):

23:28:50-53 (notice the blanked out spot here)  Odd, wonder who had access to the tape to blank that out?     Mr. Bailey said "Get out of here Rick!" before he fired a warning shot, because his son had repeatedly tried to steal from him for several days prior.   Now ask yourself, why would someone do that to evidence?

Greer:  "Shots fired, shots fired".

23:29:31     Greer: "he pointed that f*cker at me!  He pointed that sh*t at me.
                   Someone else:  "He did?"
Greer:  "Yeah.   I don't think he could see me though."

23:30:48    Greer:  "Have Dispatch call the "RP" to call him and let him know it's the f*cken Police!"

Had I been a Jurer it would have been OVER after this, but I'm still working on more evidence and will post when I can.

Collin County- Tape Authentication Discussion

I've already posted the reenactment with the overlay from the police tapes where you can hear the Officer say "but I don't think he could hear me".  That alone, had I been a jurer would have made me declare Mr. Bailey innocent.    With that in mind, please take a  moment to read what the authenticator has to say about a gap in the tape.

I have two questions about this:

1) Given that the tape has a gap already, that indicates tampering, why didn't they just erase the quote of "but I don't think he could hear me."?    Well, that would be because too many people were witnesses to that quote.

2) Why did Officer Moore perjure himself on the stand in Dallas when specifically asked about this?  And why did the Judge not allow Mr. Bailey to play this tape, which clearly shows he perjured himself?

Collin County-Officer Stansell's Interview with Mr Bailey, parts I, II, and III

Listen closely to Officer Stansell's interview with Mr Bailey where she begins to understand what had been going on in the days prior with regards to Rick Bailey's threats to his father Mr Bailey.

Collin County-Reenactment Video

Be sure to take note of the police voices at the end which are from the official police reports.  They actually say "but I don't think he could see me"  meaning they knew full well that Mr Bailey did not know police were at his door, nor could he see them.  Remember, they did not use proper police protocol!

Collin County- Officer Stansell In her own words.

Mr Bailey is still thoroughly grieved that he could not call Officer Stansell to testify as her testimony would surely tell a much different story than "Officer Greer".

In her own words, you can hear what she had to say about Mr. Bailey's wallet and other missing items.   They clearly discuss that Paul's son entered the home while the police were there and took items that he later used to commit the very crimes that his father was concerned about!  They even mention that there were witnesses!

Now why did Mr Bailey's Court Appointed "defense attorney" not admit all of this as evidence?

Beware of Court Appointed Attorneys, they don't always have your best interests at heart.

I have a proposal,  how about we develop a system of justice that  encourages putting all evidence out on the table.  Then if all of the evidence is not treated properly or if evidence is tampered with, (and upon review it is proven as such), then the defense attorney, investigators, and prosecutors get to spend 3 months in a maximum security prison?

I'm fairly certain that the justice system would be cleaned up and pronto!

Paul Bailey- An interview with Mr Bailey

Click on the link to listen to an interview with Mr. Bailey, in which he sheds some light on how he got where he is today. He believes that by subsequently exercising his 1st amendment rights and starting a blog, he became a real thorn in the side of Collin County! So what happened? The Collin County prosecutor and the Dallas County prosecutor conspired to resurrect an old discharged in bankruptcy debt and they called it a theft- from an incorporated business and are charging an individual for a corporations debts! That is after the purchaser disappeared for months on end and consequently refused acceptance of the item he purchased!

Dallas prosecutors, along with the blessings of the judge, amended the indictment AFTER the trial but they did it with major FLAWS, then told the jury to deliberate on the NEW FLAWED indictment!

See the earlier posts about subsequently botched "welfare call" which resulted in his son having his father removed from the home so he could steal from his father (he is now serving time for exactly what his father feared) except he did it with the help of the Frisco Police Department.   Now Mr Bailey is serving time for firing a warning shot INSIDE his home because the PD did not follow proper procedures and announce themselves so that he knew it was them and NOT HIS SON rustling around in the bushes! He even talked to 911 about it! Several hours later when he was asleep, dozens of police, a swat team, and who knows who else, surrounded his home and through something through his kitchen window!
